KIM & CHAD

Since 1989, Kim and I have shared a passion for health, fitness, and competing in the great sport of bodybuilding. We competed in several shows together, but after Kim placed 2nd in her first event, jumping into the show without dieting or training – I knew she could make a name for herself in the sport and I realized my interest and gift of manipulating the physique through nutrition.

Kim ChizevskyIn 1992, things took off as Kim won the overall of the 1992 NPC Jr. Nationals and six weeks later, she won the overall 1992 IFBB North American, earning her IFBB Pro status. From that point, she won her IFBB Pro debut at the 1993 Arnold Classic Ms. International, placed top 5 at the 1993 Ms. Olympia and then went on to win another Arnold Classic Ms. International (1996), then onto her first of 4 consecutive Ms. Olympia wins beginning in 1996. After retiring from competitive bodybuilding in 1999, Kim appeared in the sci-fi thriller, The Cell and then went on to compete in and place 6th in the 2001 IFBB Fitness International and then placed 4th in the 2002 IFBB Europa Pro Fitness. In 2003, she competed in the IFBB GNC Show of strength only 4 months after giving birth to our first son, Dominic – to help lose her “baby weight” and in 2004, she competed in the event once again to continue her trim down and reaching her goal of showing her versatility in the sport and industry.

In addition to show promotion and being the NPC District Chairman of Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas, I made a name for myself in the sport as nutritional prep coach for many IFBB pros such as Ronnie Coleman, Nasser El Sonbaty, Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, Vince Taylor, Victor Martinez, Tom Prince, Melvin Anthony, and Gunter Schlierkamp – just to name a few. After Kim retired, I also worked with Lenda Murray, helping her achieve the final two of her 8 Ms. Olympia wins, as well as coaching Fitness Olympia Champion, Mary Yockey and Figure International Champion Mary Elizabeth Lado.

Today, in addition to promoting six successful NPC events along with Kim, I write nutritional articles for various industry magazines, continue my ongoing research and education in health nutrition to help athletes better understand the nutrition and diet process of bodybuilding, and co-host the long running radio show: Pro Bodybuilding Worldwide.
