Number one, this is a bodybuilding board. Number two, how your body responds to resistance training is mostly a genetic factor. There is no one way to get one look & another way to get another look. Your look is your look...it will never change. That is your basic structure. You can get more muscle, less muscle, more fat, or less fat.
